These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of:

• the main South West Care Homes website at [main domain, e.g. southwestcarehomes.co.uk], and

• any associated websites for our individual care homes (each a “Home Website”, together the “Sites”).

By accessing or using our Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Sites.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and use personal data and cookies.

• South West Care Homes;

• our individual care homes and the services we offer;

• careers and job opportunities;

• news, events and other activities.

The information on our Sites is for general information only and:

• does not constitute medical, clinical, social care or legal advice;

• does not form part of any contract for care or employment;

• may not always be up to date, complete or accurate (see section 5).

Any decisions about care, health or legal matters should be made in consultation with appropriate professionals and based on full assessment, not solely on information from our Sites.

• you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account;

• you must contact us immediately if you believe your account or login details have been compromised.

We reserve the right to disable any user account or login credentials at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of these Terms or there is a security concern.
