About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader, or Care Assistant, looking to move on to the next stage in their career, to cover this role for a period of 12 months.
We are recruiting for a trustworthy Team leader who will run shifts, manage our united team and provide quality care for our lovely residents.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable leaders to join our dedicated team. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents and staff feel safe, supported and comfortable, providing both practical care and reassurance, as well as administrative and people management
Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality care are essential to this role, along with the determination to achieve the highest standards, strong people skills and a proactive approach to employee management, including sickness absence and recruitment.
This role offers a full-time fixed contract of 12 months,
