Residents at Ashfield enjoyed a very special evening together as they gathered to watch the partial solar eclipse.
Dave kindly invited everyone into his room, where his window overlooking the estuary provided a fantastic spot to watch the event unfold. The room was soon filled with excitement and conversation as everyone chatted about what they might see.
The occasion also sparked plenty of memories, with residents reminiscing about the total solar eclipse of 1999 and sharing their experiences of the historic event.
With tasty hotdogs and refreshing drinks to enjoy while they watched, it was a wonderful evening spent together – combining a unique view with good food, great conversation and even better company.
