Residents at Cambrian Lodge have been getting into the rhythm with another of their popular weekly Music & Movement sessions. 🎶
With favourite tunes playing, residents enjoyed a range of gentle movements designed to get different parts of the body moving – all while having plenty of fun together.
This week, bean bags were added as extra weights, introducing a little more resistance to some of the exercises. Residents focused on movements to help strengthen the hips and thighs, as well as working the muscles in their arms.
Combining music with movement makes exercise an enjoyable and sociable part of the week at Cambrian Lodge – and a good tune certainly makes getting active that little bit more fun!
