Residents and team members from Michaelstowe gathered with the other nine South West Care Homes at the beautiful Haldon Forest Park to complete the final mile of the 1,000 Mile Challenge.
Each home set out to contribute 100 miles towards the overall challenge, but the Michaelstowe team went above and beyond! Throughout July, they absolutely smashed their target, completing an incredible 120 miles in total.
The Final Mile was the perfect opportunity to come together with the other homes, celebrate everyone’s hard work and mark the end of a fantastic challenge.
A huge well done to everyone at Michaelstowe who walked, supported and cheered along the way. What an amazing achievement – 120 miles and plenty of wonderful memories to show for it!
